Learning Day:8

Welcome you there in this new post,

Just before I was watching the interview vedio of Milkha Singh sir. He was sharing his own experience to practice and focus on goals. (that vedio is available on youtube you may check it.)

We all have dreams but how many of us have strategies for achieving those dreams? So today we are going to emphasize the ‘process’ instead of dreams and goals. Let’s assume I want to improve my English ( that’s why I’m writing these posts.) then how my schedule should be? If it’s my goal to write a minimum of 1 post in a day, then I have to read about that subject for 1 to 2 hours. I have to understand what exactly I want to explain. This is the process. Next is an improvement, I have to read my posts again and again then, I would be able to understand my own mistakes. I have to repeat this for a few months then I will see the difference in my writing. ( my last 2 years' diaries are very different from this year. Whenever I read them I find lots of mistakes in them and when I will read this year's diary in the future, there will be so many mistakes this is because of improvement.) next is the result, am I expecting anything from this practice? When I started blogging before 1 year I expected so many things, that was the first time I didn’t know that it was not as easy as I’m thinking, now I have only pure expectations is to improve my way of writing. As god Krishna guided in ‘Bhagavad Gita “change is the only constant” so we should be ready to adapt to new things, practice is very boring that’s why we quit very early. But this is the only way to transform yourself and have changes in your life.

We always want to entertain ourselves. This is not real happiness. Watching TV for 1 or half-hour a day is different and watching for the whole day is different. The happiness is hidden within you, for that, you should have time to find it. I always get time for introspecting. we should not watch TV and use mobile while eating. These are a few ways to experience mindfulness. It’s a very unique experience. This is the time when you will have your own company.

We have discussed skills and after that understood how to experience mindfulness. Now it’s time to do this in real life because only reading won’t help to improve our life.

Let’s meet in some other post with different learning.
